This guide walks you through configuring the Reviews & Testimonials section to showcase written reviews and video testimonials that build trust and increase conversions.

Step 1: Add the Reviews & Testimonials Section

• Open your Theme Editor.
• Click Add section and search for Reviews & Testimonials.
• Add the section to the page where you want it displayed.

Step 2: Edit Heading & Description

• In the top fields, set the Review Text heading (e.g., “Reviews & Testimonials”, “What Our Customers Say”).
• Enter a short Description to introduce the section and highlight the value of customer feedback.
• Optionally add an Author name field for individual testimonials if you want to display who said each review.

Step 3: Configure the Review Tab

• Select the Review tab inside the section.
• Add written reviews by creating review cards. For each card:
  • Paste the review text (short quote or summary).
  • Add the author’s name and optional rating.
  • Optionally include a small image or avatar.
• Arrange the review cards in the order you prefer.
• Users can navigate reviews using the on-screen arrows or pagination dots.

Step 4: Configure the Video Tab

Select the Video tab.

Add video testimonial cards. For each card:

• Upload a video file or paste a video URL (YouTube/Vimeo or other supported links).
• Add a short caption or author name if desired.
• Optionally set a thumbnail or allow the platform to auto-generate one.

Arrange videos and preview playback to ensure they load correctly.

Step 5: Enable Auto Rotation & Timing

• Toggle Image Auto Rotate (for review image sliders) if you want review cards to slide automatically.
• Toggle Video Auto Rotate to autoplay through video cards (if supported).
• Set Change Every to define the interval between slides (e.g., 3 seconds for smooth transitions).

Step 6: Customize Appearance

• Turn on Custom Color Scheme to set background colors, text colors, and accents that match your brand.
• Adjust heading size, fonts, spacing, and padding to improve readability and visual balance.
• Ensure contrast is sufficient for accessibility.

Step 7: Preview & Test

• Preview the section in Desktop and Mobile modes.
• Test navigation arrows, slide auto-rotation, and video playback.
• Confirm author names, ratings, and captions display correctly.

Step 8: Save & Publish

• Click Save in the theme editor.
• Publish your theme (if required) so the Reviews & Testimonials section goes live.
